Who We Are
“Zaya emerged after a profound process of self-exploration, driven by a quest to heal from my father's passing and a curiosity to understand the underlying causes of human and planetary suffering. During this quest, I traveled and interviewed hundreds of experts, ranging from Tibetan "Bön" Shamans in the Himalayas to Western Medicine Doctors in California. Their message was clear…'with more awareness and mindfulness in our lives, we can help heal the suffering of ourselves and others’.
While our world is undeniably beautiful, it’s also a place where much suffering exists. What we require more than ever are mindful leaders, meaningful conversations, and healing spaces to restore us to our higher state of being .”

Releasing Emotional Blockages & Trauma Through Neurodynamic Breathwork
WITH MICHAEL STONE
In this event, Founder of Neurodynamic Breathwork, Michael Stone discusses how breathwork can support us in releasing the tension and pent-up energy that is deeply rooted within the subconsciousness. Through the practice of breathwork, we can begin to disengage with our ego in order to connect to our true inner wisdom and let go of our past. Breathwork creates both a physiological and psychological impact on the brain where we go beyond the body's physical state and mind and push past what we call the Self or the Ego.
Healing Trauma in the Body
WITH ARIANE FUCHTNER
When we experience a traumatic event we get taken out of the present and are brought back to past memories and past sensations. In a sense, we can continue to organise our life as if the trauma was still happening. Our bodies go into survival mode and we are trapped in stress responses, which are fight, flight, and freeze. In this episode, somatic therapist, Ariane, discusses how body-based modalities (based on the latest findings of neurobiology) go deep to the core and can have a life-changing effect on those that use them as a form of healing trauma.
